GIOVANNI GIACOIA
Giovanni Giacoia was born in Basilicata, Italy and graduated from The Glasgow School of Art with a First Class BA (Hons) in Painting and Printmaking. He then spent several years in Boston where he earned an MFA at Boston University's School of Visual Arts in 2014.
Giovanni currently lives in Glasgow, UK where he works mainly in the media of drawing and painting. Giovanni’s most recent exhibitions include Procedure, Belfast (Station); Glasgow Fleeto, London (Shoreditch Town Hall) and Must I Paint You a Picture?, Glasgow (Transmission Gallery). His work can be viewed on the Glasgow Transmission Gallery site.
